  Dr. Hellen holds a  dual Ph.D. in Immunology and Microbiology from Albert Einstein College of Medicine, State University of New York, NY.
USA and is one of the leading authorities on hyperimmune egg and its applications.

 Dr. Hellen is one of the pioneers in the use of ELISAs
(enzyme linked immunosorbent assays) a powerful method for detecting and quantifying antibodies for infectious agents.
